i said i would keep my nova and strip it down and work away with it.

i got 'ahh your showing your age there son' (im 18).

**** them, no1 is getting my nova unless its dead lol

of course i would have skyline gtr-r's, countless lambos, ferrari's blah blah blah etc but i couldnt part wih my nova.

what your thoughts??

To be honest I would! Nothing wrong with it! I dont like mine at the moment simply because I only have 1.2... would love a tiny bit more power... As I am very fat and it ruduces my power to weight ration, dont think this will be a problem with ferrari would it?:D

i would keep mine if i won the lottery, i would have to write out a list of everything i wanted done and have a 2 litre fitted , fully resprayed. and maybe buy another and have a 2 litre turbo with about the same bhp, in a tvr colour. i love nova's 2 much.lol but then i would get my self an tuned evo, and then a super car like a lambo.

I'd keep my 5 door and put a C20LET in it....It would be cool to keep a sheddy Nova like mine, you'd drive it after driving all the phat up cars and it would remind you not to take yourself too seriously. A bit of normality i suppose.

I would probably also try to reproduce some of the more obscure bodypanels that are prone to rust, such as chassis legs. Maybe create repair sections for areas like the rear of the boot floor.

if i was seriously loaded, id keep my nova and get it finished (will only cost another ?4k to finish!) also, id buy a gsi (i only want a sunroof) and that would be the project id spent ?50k on - kustom body kit, 18' alloys, wide arch kit, perspex window, fibreglass panels, 300bhp 2.0 16v turbo tuned by courtenay!

As for my nova, i'll never sell it, dont know why its just ace. It's probably the most 'fun' car i'll ever own, not the quickest but definantly the funnest, plus its nice and basic to work on, unlike any new car really.
