Tuned engine with 2E3

I have tuned 1.3 engine and I was wondering if the pierburg 2E3 carb is enough. Do I have to make and what mods to the carb. Engine has new cam, ported head, bigger compression, decent exhaust system...

Just take your car to a decent rolling-road they will sort it all out for you, and should be able to get it running nice and smoothly!

Put a Weber 32/34 DTML Carb on, you won't look back. The Peirburg is crap. The Weber also has a manual choke, good for cold mornings (The pierburg auto choke rarley works properly)

I just got a 32/34 for mine, along with a gaz flowed head and cam!

Will a weber 32/34 DTML fit straight to a 2E3?s manifold or do I need a special plate under the carb.

the carb will fit on some old mk1 astra manifolds and u can iuse your regular K&N filter with it but for the normal nova inlet manifolds u need a adapter plate and this plat will make your filter sit about 2 cm higher up and they can cath on the bonnet
