how would you go about doing that and wot would the hardest part be
Wiring.
Everything else goes straight in.
They are great engines, but you got to ask yourself the question.
Are they worth it if you just want a car to drive about in?
More expensive to buy, repair etc.
Makes more sense to stick with 8v, unless your going for Tbs etc, then go for the 16v.

i want the 16v would it fit straight on to the mounts that are there and wot gear box could i fit also wot speed do you think i would it do
It will fit straight in, std mounts etc.
Use the gearbox you get with the 16v engine.
But you will need the immobiliser transponder/chip as well as the loom, this will need taping near the ignition barrel with the chip out the car key, else the engine wont run.

Maybe ye.
Just enquire in one and tell them what engine it is etc.
See what they say.

will a 1.6 16v out of a corsa GSi fit much the same?
Yep, almost exactly the same engine as 1.4 16v.
