i was just woundering when you fit an f13 gear box on a c20xe motor oviusly you have to put the 1600cc clutch on the c20 xe flywheel is it just a case of drilling and tapping new holes in the flywheel to suit the clutch any one help plz or dus any one else know a difrent way of fittin a f13 to a redtop

why do you want to put a f13 box on a valver for???? it would make the car totally undrivable plus it wont last very long coz it cant handle the torque. lol lol lol

allready been through all this becose iv eard of it been done quite a fue times before and you dont need the drive shaft kit ect the car will b alot faster 0-60 i dont care how long the gear boxes last i hav enough of em kicking about in my garage all i want to know is .is it a case of driling and tapping the flywheel to suit the 1600 clutch

waste of time in my opinion, not worth it if your only doing it so you can keep the shafts the same. You can use big block boxes that have lower ratios instead an it might hld out long enough for you to do a 0-60

Your better off finding an F16CR, which i have said before. An F13 on a valver is a complete waste of time just for the sake of buying some 1.6 MK2 cav inner CV's!
