Difference between Gte and Gsi Exhaust systems?

As title says, is there any difference between the gte and gsi exhaust systems?

from what i know they are exactly the same except for the cat on a gsi

The same yes.
Apart from the cat on some GSIs as novatek said.

also gsi have a lambda thingy, and differnt conections like gtes are 2 bolt to the down pipe and gsi are 3 bolt

The downpipe is the same AFAIK, just the manifold has the lambda hole on late GSi engines.
