hi my sister is bidding for smoethink on ebay and added a wrong amount (2 much) is thair anyway i can withdraw the bid ? cheers

i think you have to ask the seller to retract the bid

you can retract the bid but the this may get her a warning from ebay - or at least the seller. This is usually done by dodgy people who are selling the item to over inflate the price, revealing the previous bidders highest then retracting their offer leaving the previous bidder with a revealed (higher) price

I got stung by this a couple of times bidding for lights - reported the guy to ebay lol
