hi,
forgetting about the x20xev just bought a 16v gte astra. need help on wiring the baby in, and whats a coscast head that ive heard people talking about?

Wiring is a piece of piss, use the search function on the forum as it has been mentioned 3 billion times before!

Cosscast heads were fitted to early XE's and dont go porus like the later GM heads have a tendency to do. Between port 2/3 on the front it has Cosscast on a bevelled edge. Early ones have no core plug on the end where the dizzy is and no casting numbers! If youve got one, look after it!
