Just need someone to point me in the right direction really.

What setup do people use on there Twin 40s? I am almost ready to put mine on the car, but i dont want to buy a twin linkage kit unless i really have to. Someone told me you have to drill the bulkhead to fit the two cables through. Also I've seen people who just use the standard cable and make their own bracket or similar.

If someone could give me an idea of whats best that would be great, as at the minute i dont wanna have to spend 50 odd quid on linkage if i dont have to, but obviously if it is a necessity, i will wait until i have got one

Cheers
Sam

Yes but i need to know whether i can use the original cable, because as far as i know you cannot get single cable linkages for Dellorto carbs

IIRC.
Nick uses a single cable on his 1.6 t40.
I think he bought the linkage kit from Tuning, and got twin cables but only used one.
