Build a quick rack

Hey, how hard is it to build a quick rack with one of the quick rack kits?

i will be looking for a quick rack for the car when im putting the engine in. but would i be better to get a full quick rack or build it into my excisting one?

If you can take the rack off you should be able to rebuild the rack, just follow the haynes manual. I couldnt get the bottom bearing off the input shaft when I did mine so I just got a new bearing.
