150bhp 2lite 16v codes

just looking for a donor car, there are a couple of calibras with crap bodywork, but engine in reasonable nick around,

i know there are some with 137bhp and some with 150bhp,

i am i right in thinking its only the SE2 that have 150bhp all of which were manufactured before 1994 (when ecotec came in)??

dont wana start 13bhp down!

C20XE is the 150bhp motor and is identifiable by its L shaped spark plug cover and SFI box

X20XEV is the 138bhp motor and has a streight spark cover and a rubber pipe coming off the throttle body
