Ive got a spare set of rear lights that i wanna spray white to match my car - i know it aint legal but i reckon it will look fairly cool. How do i go about doing this? I still want a bit of light shining through so i can kinda "get away with them", if u know what i mean.

many thanx

I`ve seen a white astra with white strips on the lights. If you do it properly it looks good. :)

I had a mate who stretched a pair of black tights over some corsa clusters to match his car. It took him a while but it looked pretty sweet.

yep thin strips of vinyl are the way to go. if you do want to spray your lights, i think you will need a special can of primer, you should be able to use normal spray paint then, if i was you i would talk to a bodyshop about it.

you will get pulled left right and centre with sprayed white lights, they will stand out from a mile away !!!

And be prepared to be smacked up the arse when someone doesn't see your brake lights !!
If you like the look that much get hold of some clear rear light clusters.

;)Never be afraid to try anything new, remember amateurs built the ark and professionals built the Titanic !;)

get sum fine mesh and paint them with the mesh covering

that way at least they look white but they can still shine the proper colours

then again this might be a shit idea
