roof lining

i own a good old mk1 nova and want to colour code retrim the roof lining in red to match the car, any ideas where to go? or what to buy?

There's a place near Reddtich called the Trim Shop that quoted me ?300 to retrim the roof lining in black Alacantra (Spelling) including Labour, would of been a fair bit cheaper to do in a couloured vinyl

for roof lining you can pretty use any material - Ebay regularly have a run of light grey lining specific for car roofs (old MG stock) - enough for a roof.

you'll need to take to windows out if youre doing it yourself and know a bit about sewing (roof panel is in 3 strips).

For the hastle youre better off spending ?300 - that way if they smash your front windscreen (as I did) when taking out the glass they have to pay for it!
