silly grey carpet

Hey, is it possible to die it black or darker than standered? Im sure someones tryed it before but has there been any successes?

I spilt coffee on mine and it died the carpet black.
Best thing to do is to get a few samples of carpet and try simple diluted dying agents from 'fabric land' or a cratf shop. If any take your fancy - its a case of stripping the car and taking the carpet out and hand washing and dying the carpet several times.

they do a red one, but with the rest of the red interior it looks like a used tampon

Blue red and grey afaik, I thought they did a black but I would have assumed that to be in the GSi's - but GSi's were grey apparently so perhaps not :?

there are a few alterations and textures of grey carpets...

There is a smooth dark dark grey found in some GSi's

My Gem had a dark grey carpet as standard. It had the same interior as an L, so it may be worthwhile looking out for an L in a breakers to see what the carpet is like. Although you are probably clutching at straws trying to find a good Nova carpet now!!!
