lmfao @ this thread

GTiR has the SR20DET, 230ish bhp. 0-60 in under 6 seconds in standard guise, and has the advantage of 4wd. A heavily modified Nova would probably give it a run for its money, but my money is on the GTiR for handling. Apparently they hold the road very well.

you obviously drive a lamborghini then lol

0-60 in 5.7 i think, quick enough for most people...

A XE stripped nova, with a bit of engine work would be a match for it. I'm sure i've seen a video of Dar's TB'd XE overtaking a pulsar round crail ?

Have seen GTiR's doing 3.5-4sec 0-60 @ Trax obviously Boost beast is quicker but iver never seen another Nova sub 4 seconds there.

I passed my mates 330bhp pulsar out of quarry at castle combe. But to be honest I took the corner better and carryed better speed. It had a slight advantage on the straight but my car was quicker through the twistes. He sold it because he couldn't catch the Nova. lol.

However hes just bought it back (He has a habit of doing this) and now has stripped it apparently. I've driven the car and when it comes up on boost its like hitting warp speed.

On the road it would eat my Nova but on track things evened out.

EDIT: Just watched the video again. I just out dragged it out of quarry.

bit unfair this post to be onest, bit one sided, how it was on about a nova beating a slow 230bhp standard 4wd car ???? well what standard nova could beat a standard pulsar lol none, were talking about well tuned novas engine conversion the lot, v's a standard pulsar, welll all you do is have a little play with the pulsar and get around 500bhp lol, now theres a race,

but as people always say when you got that kind of bhp you dont expect it to do a 200.000m engine with no problems, for a performance car you pay performance costs
