pipe adapter on manifold

i have got my manifold on my head ect and cam ready to be set up but i cant get hold of a fitment that threads into the inlet manifold and allows a hose to be attatched i have tried loads of standard parts and various others. dont really want to weld alluminium. has anyone else had this problem or does any one know were i can get an adapter of this kind. i bought the manifold from tuning.co.uk and they said its from a 13n kadett d(astra mk2) i rang various vaux dealers and they have all proven to be useless.

i take it you mean a twin carburettor manifold?

The hose connector you need is found on Ford's from around 1989-1994 era.

I got mine off a Mk3 escort at the scrappy.

Just take a screw driver and adjustable and have a look round ur local scrap yard.
