hey guys i hope this is the right forum, sorry if it isnt. i have recently purchaseda backbox 4 my 1.2, but dont think it will fit in the tiny half moon bit in my bumper. what is the easiest way of making this hole bigger so that the backbox will fit?? cheers

Anything that cuts! Hacksaw an enlarged section out, then smoth it off with some sandpaper.

If ur handy with a welder you can extend the exhaust hangers for the backbox so doesnt rest up against the tiny cut out - or any welder geez can do it for u.
Other than that cut out the hole for a tight fit or do what some saxo boys do and let the exhaust melt into the bumper making a custom fit hole!!

and it saves weight, by cutting the plastic out, every little helps :lol:

novamad cars i do live near you i am the one who picked up the backbox and mirrors off you lol!!!! :lol: still tryina fit the bastard!!!! mite jus take it to RSR, tho theyve quoted me 80quid just to change a backbox over!!
