single wiper probs

i have a put a single wiper on my saloon but ever time i try it with a wet window it shots off the window an on the the bonnet for some reason can any suggest y please

Sounds like you havn't set it correct.
You need to fiddle with the linkage so when you put wipers on it sweeps the screen. Sounds like linkage is 180 degree out so wiper goes in wrong direction.

sr-rompa i had that problem i adjested the linkage bar and its a bit better but not as good as it could be

but it sweeps perfect when the window is dry
