Does anyone know if there is anywhere that sell the protective strip on the roof that goes along the gutter ? The front ends on mine have been snapped off at some stage and the car would just look nicer with ones that went from one end to the other ! Cheers

A mate of mine got some chrome ones (off a Volvo I think he said). They looked pretty nice. 8)

Mine have broken at the front too, they must go really brittle or something.

Vauxhall sell them new, i have a set which i keep forgetting to fit!

make sure you get the right ones too - the 5 door/saloons are different length to the 3 door ones.

And check them before leaving the parts dept - I had to reorder mine

i have chrome in my bumpers so think this woud suit me car!

I want chrome :o got quoted 17 quid a side for standard i dont have any at the mo :roll:

I think it only looks good because he has chrome window surrounds, might look a bit out of place on others.

Chrome window surrounds were an optional extra, its a big risk to buy them tho only for them to look pants. But they could look classy (like the newer VW's and Audis)
