ive got a 1.2 which is mint i've taken the engine out ready for the 1.6.
but one of my mates who is a motor bikle mechanic said what about motor bike carbs ,he said it would be better and would give me more power than leaving on the injection unit on, what do you lot rekon?
if i do go with the carbs what do you think i would need to apart from making the inlet i can make that. coz my car is a carb would there be any point in changing the tank and fuel lines.
also my mate said about a motor bike electronic fuel pump instead of putting the mechanical fuel pump.
one more thing what about the ignition system doesnt it need a vaccum because it has that pipe on normal carbs from the carb to the distributor.
