hi just a quick 1, im just starting a 16v conversion in my 1.2 and need to know what rad i should be using.

Will mine be sufficient of will i need another ??

most people tent to use the GTE or GSI rad

When I bought mine, it had a 1.0 rad in it! :lol: And it didnt overheat either!

must of been a pin in the ass to sort the coolant pipes out, cos one's on the opposite side of the rad to normal ones

1.2 means ur pipe positions are all ok.

As stated above 1.2 tend to come with the smaller rads - identifiable by the 1.5-2 inch stilts they sit on.

If you plan on sitting in traffic or doing lots of hi-rev running, a larger rad would be much better - these came in SRs, SRIs, GTEs and GSis.

You may find them in some smaller models (1.4, 1.3 and 1.2s) but generally its the above models.
