due to mine got covered in oil, can somebody tell me

in service specifications what oil filter it tells you to use,

So basically you need to know if a gte oil filter fits a cav 1.8 engine?

seeing as "all" gm oilfilters fit (except for the cartridge omega ones) then id say yes
