I placed the order online on wendsay lunchtime,good service..

Marshall MG seiries3 250dfx Amp 2x50watts
And
Epiphone SG G400 Les Paul Custom

The local music shop wanted ?440 for the guitar,and ?350 for the amp
i payed ?511 for both with vat and p&p all in.. :D

oooh really nice scott. im after a new amp, my marshall mg series amp is about f**ked.
Love the sg's too, really stylish guitar. i was gonna get one but ive baught a new bass amp seeing as i play bass in a band now

My mate wants me to go jam tonight,but affter not playing for over a week while working away the thrashinf my fingers and the gear has taken today feels like enough,but i will anyway :lol:

yeah the SG custom has been in my sights for about 8months,just been trying to justify spending ?400+ on it,then saw it on the net for ?252,needed though as my old les paul special is prety duffed,i have broke both controls and the jack imput is always coming out :lol:
needed the amp as well,as i have been practicing in my band using borrowed amps lol.

put the sg on some 10's and drop the action and your away. only problem i've had with gison stop tails is that the intonation is always out on the g and you can never get it in.

Personally i'd yank kirk hammets boris karloff guitar. Only 1 ever made, and he owns the copright to it. Plus it's a fucking Rediculously expensive guitar
