Has anyone replaced rear arches with replacement panels and how hard is it to do, I've done loads of welding before but need to know how easy it is to fit them with out using too much filler and could i make them look like it hadn't been done?

yes its easy if you have done welding before best to cut out all the old arch though and weld new ones in got mine for tenner each weld em up first before you roll em though otherwise they will distort an look crap when you fit em leave a small gap between old and new and bridge with weld grind then thin strip of filler sorted :D

One tip I'll give you.....the panel you get new is a huge piece, and unless your rust goes up the body by more than 5 inches, you don't need to use the whole panel.
In the end, I only used a thin strip of about 40mm depth all round.
This saves the amount of original body work you have to cut away.

As for a guide, I was hoping to put one together for my own Nova site....just not got the time at the mo, but I'll let you know how things go.
Other people who've done it can give you advice.
