Its broken

Ok my car is broken, cams are really hard to turn over and how rubbish the the timming belts! its so hard to put on, iv moved the water pump round and its either to tight or to slack, wots going on!

Hmm, when you say the cams are hard to turn, do you mean that the crank isn't rotating freely?

Has the engine been re-built?
