Well the idea of havin a button under my wing mirrors to open the doors is really appealing. Any ideas on what to do and how to do it would be useful and any dos and donts. If all goes well i could make a tutorial on how to do it!

Thanx for any help!

you gotta have solenoids to pull the wire from the locking mechanism that would normally attatch to the outside handle. I dont think it would be that hard to do but fillng the hole where the handle was could be a task to make that look mint.

You don't have to put the button under the wing mirror, you could place it anywhere, I've thought of a genius place, but won't say if any Twocers are reading. It sounds easy to do in theroy, but in practice I believe it's harder than it is. Give Calibre Coachworks a ring as they've done it and ask for any advice.
Good luck and keep us posted how you get on.

If you`re gonna put the buttons anywhere, make sure they are imobilised with your alarm or your asking for trouble! If you de handle it you dont need the door locks to operate anyway so just move the solenoids about and use an alarm channel to activate them when you want to get in. Not hard to wire up but a bastard to smooth over.
