can someone just tell me, looking into the engine bay from the front, on the inlet, which side has the two bolts holding the carb on has the 2 bolts and which siode has the one bolt?

I take it you're talking about the SR Carb on the 1300s. The Carb is held on by three bolts, 2 on the right and one on the left mate.

the same as the bolts on the 1.4 inlet i take it??

Yeah, if it has three studs. The 1200 had 2 studs as far as i remember.

but i don't have the 1400 inlet here :oops:
