Whats the difference and what are the benifits of using either??

Concentric is a solid mount, as far as i'm aware it cant be adjusted?
Eccentric fully adjusts caster and camber.

as said concentric is "non" adjustable as the mount is in the middle of the plate (so to speak)
and the eccentric ones have the mount hole off to one side so that you can adjust your castor/camber

I will jusy add,you normaly have to use them with coilovers.
