20XE swap into a 1.2spi Nova

Right guys after pulling my finger out finally, I have finished rebuilding the XE.

I need to know what the deal is for the wiring on this engine when putting it into a 1.2spi.

My car has an ECU in the passenger footwell, which I assume I will need to get rid of?

Do I just take the 1.2 engine out, then take out all wires / sensors connected to it, or do I need to leave some in?

Keep the wires for the starter, alternator, oil pressure switch and coil +ve, rev counter etc etc in the bay and rip out all of the spi wires back to the ecu. You should be able to locate your fuel pump wire behind the glovebox aswell...the red with blue trace.

Nice quick job, then tape it all back up.
