thought id start a new topic as am bored
r lass is out shopping spending me cash lilys got nick jr on so cant play x box and jacks at school

has anybody got any piercings or tats i suposes
as ive just had me 6th and 7th piercing done
ive got
tounge pierced
tragus (sticky out cartelidge bit of the ear)
lobe
top of my left ear
eyebrow
and two in the top of me right ear (the new ones)

planning on gettin t'other eyebrow done
three down each arm and the back of me neck
and me right tragus

Had both ears done at least 5 each - only kept one - top of the earlobe ( christ that one hurt , was bruised for ages ) all of em now out - wish I,d never had it done , bloomin scarred. Bit of a hippy back then.
Had my left nipple done as well - wrongly , far too deep and and the exit hole far too apart. Never again. Apparently us blokes have far more nerve endiings in our nipples and piercing em is really only suited to females . This came from a mate of mine whos been tatooing and piercing for at least 20 yrs. She must be right .I must admit , pierced nipples on females does look nice - on blokes it seems to me all thats missing is the medallion.

Ask most piercers this and they,ll tell you the same - the MOST PAINLESS piercing a man can have is a Prince Albert .
Why that is claimed I dont know , but I will not be finding it out !!

Theres a throwback to all body modifications as you age they never keep the same apperance...... :|

I just have my left ear pierced four times. Three along the bottom and one at the top. The bottom 3 are all 2.4mm holes. I like tats, but on other people I wouldn't want one myself.

my most painless one was the tragus bled like a **** though

also the 1st one on the top of my ear was painless but the second one didnt half hurt

got my scaff done (two peircings at top of ear with one bar going throught both),
tragus,
tongue,
bottom of belly button
prince albert.

the worst by far was the scaff.
thinking of getting an ampallang done as well.

epo, if peircing is your thing then search out a book called Body Peircing by Andrew Dunbar and Dean Lahn. some fantastic images in there.

the reason am having them done is because my work doesnt mind
before in my last job i had to remove them all as they didnt fit the company image :roll:

Whlilst i had very long hair all the ball rings / piercings looked cool . It was only when I got fed up of trying to keep the locks I decided to have a hair cut . Straight away I noticed the looks were different .Maybe people saw me as hippy scum or summat ? It then became more than needed to remove the rings as my parrot Bamboo took a great liking to try and rip em out.......
The top ear piercing stays - no matter what . It healed very quickly but the bruising lasted for yonks - it was so bad I had to learn to sleep on the other side , if i turned over - awake in seconds.
I think the craziest body mod i,ve heard of so far is Stumpies . There illegal in blighty but some parlors perform em . It starts with an elastic band placed around the elbow , one at the wrist and lastly one at the base of the little finger . After 10 mins the finger is numb . A chisel is used to remove the top of the little finger at the knuckle , the skin stretched over the wound and stuck down with super glue and then dressed . The elastic bands are removed very slowly allowing the blood to circulate . Apparently this is when most berks who have this done go into a fit -epileptic or not.
After the area has healed , most will return to the parlour and have a black finger nail tatooed on the shortened digit.

i can happy say that i hav no tatoos or piercings. just doesnt appeal to me.

one obvious question. at the airport how do you get through a metal detector when you hav loadds of piercings?

not a body modifier my self but appreciate what other people do and do thing it looks good sometimes.

i never have a problem with metal detectors as i only use titanium. i don't think that surgical grade steel triggers them either, unless in large amounts, ie plates.

i could be wrong though.

thats what i have left, i took all my others out, had my eyebrows done 6 time, and my lip 3 times, im starting a new life now so im gunna get some new tattoos and cover my self in hole. you may not like the tattos but they are one off, custom made and i wuz 18 at the time, n now 23, i dont even knotice them anymore.

i use that dettol squirty stuff never had a problem with it but if i use savlon or germoline it strips me skin off :? :lol:

You should'nt use antibac's and that on new peircings, it can stop them healing properly, use salt water.
