digi dash problems

iv just wired my digi dash into my nova i connected up every coloured wire to every coloured wire if that makes sense it all works but when i turn the lights on the digi lights go off, when i put the hazerd switch in all it does is buzz all the time, the rev counter dont work and the speedo is reading very inaccurate e.g when im doing 50 it reads 120 by the way its a g reg 1 litre 3 door nova can any one help

are the dials reading in kph?

also there is usually a lil red switch on top, try moving that across if it aint in kph, that might sort it

not sure about the other problems
