advice general bodywork

Hey guys,
After a couple of things:

Im looking to flush my boot, and wondered if there are many places in midlands that do it or anyone reccommends?

Another thing is im looking to fit rear F**D focus lights in my rear bumper, any ideas how to start!!??

Oh and another thing! lol, erm astra gte mkI spoilers, any advice to fitting them to the sr spoilers.

oh r dont ask a lot do i! erm debadgin me car, its a mark two H-Plate, just wondered how to get the Nova and vaux logos. will there be holes left in the bodywork in this age of car or the badges just stuck on wiv stiky stuf?

the F**d focus lights would be an arsehole to fit, coz in the bumper theres a metal strengthening bar. The lights are quite deep and would require you to cut into this strengtherning bar at either side, this would make your car much weaker at the back, but it would look good. Don't know about the other things though.

as for the focus lights, i spose ill av to buy a pair and investigate. would cutting the metal away weaken it tooooo much?

The focus lights have been done on a nova, so it is possible. Unfortunately i can't remember where i saw it.

From what i can remember though the metal bar wouldn't affect the lights as they sit low in the bumper and the metal bar is at the top.

fenix this is true, but the bottom of the nova munper has bot a slight curve in it and the Foucus on ehasn't so it would be difficult. It would be possible, just difficult.

I "think" he's talking about the reverse and foglights which are curved as they are fitted into the focus bumper.

I've remembered where i saw the pic it was in a review of last years PNG in one of the modded car mags. It was an orange nova.

yeah ur all rite! if u tek a luk at a markII nova,where thers a line across the bumper, the top of the lights go on there, and the light curves around. ive heard that a orange nova in fastcar had them, may issue i fink??

so ill hav to chek on me car for metal work i spose

it is on a 2.0l 16v nova I think? it was featured in a mag a while ago. fast car I think :-/

yeah 2.0 valver in Fast Car, guy had em in a mk2 bumper, they were very close to the towing hook it looks like shatloads of work but they were trick
