XE+carbs, info needed

Im looking at gettin a c20xe engine and want to keep it on carbs, was just wondering if it's just a case of replacing the inlet manifild with the one mounted to the carbs to replace the injection system or is there more involved?

no thats about it, you will need to lower the alternator as it will get in the way.

if you do this though you will have to find another form of ignition system.

ah yes true, you can use the cav 1.6 carb dizzy, coil an loom or splash out on some after market management stuff which is better of course.
