cylinder pressures

has any one got the standard manufacture cylinder pressures for a c12nz (1.2 spi) engine just want to check against mine they came out as

cyl1 = 12.8bar
cyl2 = 13 bar
cyl3 = 13bar
cyl4 = 12.8bar

seem fairly even... therefore "ok"

did you do a wet and dry test?

did a dry test, but as sson a i saw they were high thught ther was no point in doin a wet, its not buring oil, plugs have a nice biscuit colour to em

the engine runs great only done 60000 in a kreg nova

was just interstead in seeing what the pressures where when i was changing the plugs

may do a wet test if they are difrent to the standard pressures

i dont recal ever seeing std pressure readings....

i assume you had the throttle WOT ;) high pressure and good running is perfect :D well done

yep had the throttle wide open, and did the test twice to make sure they were correct
