Removing door cards Nova Mk2.

Going to be breaking my Nova very shortly and interior is excellent. However before I start how difficult (or easy!) is it to remove the door cards+rear panels on a 3 door please?
I only ask because I wrecked a nice interior for a Mk3 Cavalier because I couldn`t get the door trims off :cry:

they screw in on the handles an along the door pocket at the bottom, apart from that they just pop off. The rears just pop off but you need to pull the door rubber back first
