hi ive just come in from sanding down my smooth boot (not the 1 in the pic) and noticed that the corner of the boot that sits above the rear cluster is bent im just wondering is it easy 2 bend it back in place cheers

i have pointed out what i mean in the red box

should be easy enough!

thats if its been pushed in over! if so the idea i would use is to open the boot (if on a car) put something on the car then push the boot closed pushing it back out!

or....

if you can get your hands on some burning gear or similar heat it up and re-shape (dont get to hot as it bill blow holes)

karl the boots not on the car at the moment but want 2 put it on soon. you say put something on the car then push the boot closed pushing it back out! what could i use 2 do this cheers

get a close up of the boot and the bit thats bent... could get some beta ideas if we see wat we are talkin about

how bent?

if its just like its been dropped and dinged in, then you should be able to knock it out - get a small dound headed hammer and a dorrl (flat piece of metal) or similar to knock it against - a bit of firm wood for example - and knock it out - dont hit too hard - then smooth it.
