XE Tuning Stages..

hi what would be the best way 2 start tuning an xe'd nova,,, and were 2 get it from, and the next stage after that...??

a power cap would be a good place to start, then cams, regal should sell them.. but theres loads you can do.. throttle boddies! depends how much money youve got

if you want to tune an xe dont ever waste your money on a power cap. Well i had my flywheel lightened for about 50, fuck all really, set of reprofiled camshafts which set me back 205 from QED and some twin 45's. Doesnt cost you stupid money but you get a god bit more power than standard. But to be honest the best money you can spend on a 2lt nova would be on an lsd. Complelely transforms the way it drives.

ok cheers i'll look into it when the engines done,,, the ECU's alredy chipped.. wat is a LSD and wer can i get 1 from?

LSD is limited Slip Differential.
Quaife do their version - the ATB (automatic Torque Biasing) diff. thats about ?500 for the F20 gearbox.
Adds no power but will give better traction from start and cornering.

more of competition part IMO, but worth while in long run.
