Does anyone know if you have to modify anything to put a new grill on the front of a mk 1 nova? I was just wondering cos i got a plastic grill which is attached to the bumper. its an old car and i want to put a new(ish) grill on the front so that i can put a new bumper on it
cheers

yeah thats what it looks like. i got told that i would have to change the lights to a newer look to get a newer grill on it.
which one??? the top or bottom, they are both diff
 If its the bottom one, you'll have the change the bumper AND grille, as they're all-in-one. They can be easily swapped for the later Mk1 bumpers (i.e. SR. GTE etc) afaik
 If its the top one, you can get away with just changing the grill.
HOWEVER
 If you want to "upgrade" to the Mk2 look front end, as thus:

...you'll need to change bumper, grille, headlights, indicators and wings.
