I am selling my 1991 J reg. Vauxhall Nova SRi. Pictures at bottom of page.
Engine:
-1400cc 8V (C14SE) 82bhp
-97k
-Very quiet and smooth runner, nice strong engine, pulls hard for its size.
-K&N Replacement Performance Panel Filter with drilled airbox
-Cambelt and waterpump, changed at 82k
-Battery in 2002
-New Exhaust sytem from the cat back, new exhaust manifold gasket at 88k.
-Alternator Belt at 90k
-Coolant Flush and change at 90k
-HT Leads, Spark Plugs, Distributor Cap, Rotary Arm at 93k
-Engine Oil Flush, tappet treatment. New Oil and oil filter at 95k.
-Injector Cleaner (red-ex) run through the system at 95k
-Engine steam Cleaned at 95k
-All levels regularly checked.
-No trouble starting from cold, first time verytime at the turn of the key.
-Nice smooth idle, from cold 1200rpm, when warm, 900rpm.
-Bad point is slightly noisy fuel pump, but it still works absoloutely fine
Transmission:
-Standard F13 Close Ratio Gearbox.
-Nice smooth feel to the clutch
-No whining, clunking, very smooth gearbox.
-Easy to get into all gears.
Wheels
-Standard SRi Steelies
-175/65/R14
-2 New tyres on the front, Rears have plenty of tread left
Brakes
-Standard SRi setup.
-Vented discs, 5mm left on brake pads.
-Plenty good enough for the car
Bodywork:
-Original Vauxhall Breeze Blue Paint
-Standard SRi Lower Vinyl
-Black Bumpers
-Colour coded wing mirrors
-Standard SRi rooftip spoiler
-Sunroof
-No silly modifications, good standard shell.
-Very good chassis, solid.
-Boot floor is immaculate
-Front wings are immaculate
-Passenger Rear Arch is ammculate, new in 2003
-Drivers rear arch is very good, slight rust on lip.
-Drivers sill is good, 2p sized spot of rust by the back arch under the vinyl
-Passengers side is ammculate through out.
-Boot is very clean.
-Passengers door is very solid, no sign of rust at all.
-Drivers has seen better days, been fixed with fibreglass at the corner and re-vinyled.
-Under the bonnet is generally clean, few bits of suface rust behind the headlights, battery tray is nearly perfect, both suspension rturrets are good, lower panel seems good, as does both chassis legs and inner arches.
-Passenger side rear bump strip has become detatched from the car, but i will re-stick this back on.
-This really is a clean, good shell. Pictures back it up.
Interior:
-Standard SRi Trim
-Blue/Grey Recaro interior
-Blue gearkno, blue knobs for heaters and lights
-Blue/Grey Illuminated sun visors
-SRi White ringed dials, all works, petrol gauge etc
-No bolster wear at all on drivers or passengers seat.
-Small burn on rear seat
-Very Clean Dashboard, no tears or marks etc.
Sound System:
-Standard Nova 4 Speaker System.
