Corsa Gear lever into Nova

Is it possible to use the gear lever out of the corsa (gsi) in the nova (f13). I want to do this so it operates internally allowing me to have a straighter exhaust run.
I think some people have done it on 2.0XE with cav shifters b4.

yes cav shifter is relatively easy.

im guessing the corsa one isnt too dissimilar?
at the end of the day all u need is a gear lever that moves the shaft back wards n forwards and left to right - so its not hard to experiment.

the way chris has his, you need to modify the cav shifter and then you can run it direct to the turret, rather than using the linkage. but it needs a hell of a lot of fettling to work right...
