does the 1.4sr cam have the same drive as the 1.2 carb. will it mate up to my 1.2 dizzy if i fit a 1.4sr cam. cheers

No, ive got both of them in my garage, give me a few minutes and ill tell you which is which

The 1.2 cam has the slot and the 1.4 cam has the pin

no they're not the same, you can get the distributor cheap, i got one of ebay for a fiver :lol:

I didn't bother with the followers :oops:

youll need the Distributor and cam, i've been told you can swap the dizzy cap over with the old one, but im not sure if its true, if it is then you can keep all the old stuff, if you keep the new dizzy cap you'll need the ignition coil because its different, and youll need the leads, i remember someone telling me about the ignition module needing to be changed, honestly i have no clue about that and someone else will have to comment on that :lol:
