help!!! settin a 1.2 carb from scrach?

have a 1200 sittin in my garage that could be doin with beein moved but the settins on the carb are messed. how do you go about settin up the carb from scrach? there 2 ajustment screws, larger one on the left and a small one on the right (for the fuel???) cheers lee

the big one on the front left about halfway down the body is the idle fuel mixture, the one on the top left is the auxialary, the one on the right is....erm :oops: idle/fuel jet

what way do i screw the on on the botom left to increase the fuel? screw it in?

not too sure, put the carb on the car and see if it starts, its much easier to set it up with the car running :lol:

Is it just 2 screw's that needs to be adjusted to set up the carb?

What about the wires for choke/gas etc...?

Got her sorted, cleaned and ajusted all the plugleads etc and put twin spark plugs in her and then just trial and error to get it runnin smooth :D

only problem is that it has no back box so i made alot of noise settin it up :twisted:

Nice one, i've got to set mine now, i've just sorted my 1.4 bottom end and still got the carb, i didn't have the right dizzy, so it needs setting up
