Top 5 Christmas Gifts

I was going to say top 5... but i've been sat 10 minutes and can't remember more than 3 lmao.

What are the Top Five Christmas gifts you've ever had, and why?

Not fussed whether you want to put them in order or not... here's mine, in no order other than the way they come to mind.

1. Silver Fox Phantom Mountain bike.
I was 15 at the time, and my previous bike had been stolen in the summer from outside a shop while I foolishly went in to buy chewing gum that I didn't really want anyway.

2. Knight Rider RC Car.
I was very young, and the car was very fast. My dad spent months putting it together and as soon as i got hold of it I pushed the go stick forward as hard as i could, and it screetched off up the road, and smashed head on into the kerb. The car was a total write off, and never worked again.

3. Driving lessons.
Christmas 1998 my grandmother knew she didn't have long left, so she paid for me to have as many lessons as was necessary for me to pass my test. A few months later i finally booked some lessons, and I passed first time in summer 1999.

4. My First PC.
1996 - aged 16 i was bought my first PC... and what a beast it was!
Intel Pentium 120mhz, 32mb ram, 1gig hard disk, 16bit soundblaster sound card & a 24x CD-ROM.
It doesn't sound much, but at that time, this was the dogs danglies... compared to my dads 486 this thing was lightening!!!

1. 4x4 rc car which i fucking with in a week of owning! aged 12
2. tranformers a load again i bust 1 with in 5mins! age 5
3. nes with shit load of games no duck hunt tho lol mario land 3 amazing game!
4.an atari with dizzy and loads other old school games
5. last years hang over from the night before lol :D

4........... a ace football table which i snapped in half due to my bad temper (age14)

1) BBC Micro - I must have been around 10 or 11 and the thing cost ?400. That was far more than my parents could afford and remains the best and most important gift I have ever recieved. My programming skills launched in to orbit because of it.

2) ZX81 - This was before the BBC Micro and was awsome fun to play with. Kept me quite for years!

3) Kyosho Optima RC Car - This was my first proper RC car and was the world champ at the time I think. I won loads of races with that thing. Spent all day building it Brilliant!!!

4) Sony Walkman (tape) - Another awsome gift - It was tiny just about the same size as a casset case. It also lasted for years! I finally wore it out though. Stoopidly expensive at the timeas well. I actually had to put money towards it so that I could have it for christmas.

And I honestly cannot think of the 5th one.

5 Return to the source tickets ( psy trance rave ) at brixton academy 92 ( cannot remeber a damn thing - I was so munted at the time )

5. Scalextric
I got it when i was dead young, and everyone bought me track & cars etc for the next few years... i had miles of track! Enough to totally cover the downstairs of my mums house, which wasn't too small. It was awesome, but then my mum GAVE IT AWAY to someone when i was about 15 because i'd not used it for years - it would've been worth a fortune! I am still not amused. The only reason i hadnt used it was that it'd been put in the loft and i couldnt get up there!!

Heck - I,d forgotton my TCR set - Total Control Racing. It was like scalextric , but made by ideal - the cars were slotless and could change lanes . Sold it at 15 with sad regret. May have to visit ebay.......
