Are you meaning like braded hoses, and polished header tanks...that type of thing?

A lot of the polished nits on most Nova's are polished Aluminium, and you can polished the head and rocker cover on your engine quite easily. Other bits like the header tank can be made up for you, or bought off the shelf, as can other bits.
I suppose if you want, a local Engineering firm that specialises in plating, would chrome any bits for you.
There's a place near me that does it.....bumpers, wheels, engine bits etc.

Not sure on prices though!

TAS do a header tank, its around ?145. Look in this years demon tweeks catalogue (free with this months max p).

?145 for a heady tank! Sorry but that takes the p*iss. Set of samco hoses/ or braided bits looks sweet enough for me! Touch of engine laquer and that'll do!
