well it hasn't broken the speed record. if memory serves me correct its around 600mph by the ss2.

the bugatti on the other hand is now the fastest road car but i would not say it was a road production car as it loses vw 5 million on each one.

Nah its not quite that quick, its top speed was 249.3mph (warning - Supra geek alert!)

Thats the fastest top speed for a street legal Supra as yet, its just shy of 1200hp (1187hp iirc.)
