Does the middle section of your exhaust sit very close to the fuel tank?
It dont touch it, but looks too close to me.
I dont fancy a exhaust pipe heating up the fuel tank :(

The system dont seem to knock anywhere, but it looks too close for normal.

Anyone elses the same?

mines very tight too, meant to improve the ground clearance.

i've never looked tbh, i just fitted it and that was that, didnt rattle and was a good fit so didnt bother looking for any problems

LOL.

Update-
I have adjusted the backbox and that has sorted the touching fuel tank problem.
But i cant use the standard nova backbox rubber, i've had to use a bigger volvo one
The backbox is really low to the floor now, about 3" below my bumper.
If i make the backbox higher the middle section touches the car, so i cant do that, lol.
I think the exhaust was for a MK1, with a bigger rear bumper, hence why its miles lower than my mk2 rear bumper.

Anyways, i got the heated lambda fitted and wired to the fuel relay.
And its sorted.
It sounds very nice, sounds ace actually for a 1.2spi engine.
Im really quite pleased,lol :)
