Exhaust manifold studs

Any ideas how to remove them, the nuts have rusted and rounded off to almost completely round.
I have 5 of the 8 out, just 3 are stuck :(

Spray on plenty of WD40 leave over night the try a decent set of molegrips done up really tight.

Failing that can you get an angle grinder on them? then replace the stude with stainless steel bolts?

bang a bit of heat in

Im getting the grinder/hacksaw on them tomorrow.
And replacing them with M8 hex head bolts from B&q,lol.

Stu- That would help if i actually had something to grip the nuts with, they are just a blob of metal now,lol.

bang them with a hammer, that will free them up slightly then just do what you can to get them out....
