You may be able to get skirts for as little as ?30 (mine cost ?35).
As for the rear bumper "flick".....I got mine attached to a standard (none-colour coded) bumper in with a selection of other bits.
I got the rear bumper (with the GTE flick), a full SR interior (seats and door cards) and a leather sports wheel, ALL for ?15!!!

I don't think you'll get 'em that cheap though!
I've seen rear bumpers go for around ?20 normally, and if all you need is the lower flick, then you may get a damaged bumper for less. As long as the bit you want is ok, you can swap the lower bit over onto any standard bumper.
Of course, if you're making your Nova into a GTE replica, you may be better off getting proper pre-painted GTE bumpers, rather than colour-coding your originals, and waiting 'till you find just the rear "flick".
What you want is a GTE that's had a front smash, and is being stripped with cheep parts.
I'll ask my mate at the local garage, if he knows of anyone who's got a GTE bumper lying around.

Going ok at the mo cheers. Just need a K&N to fit the Weber, then I'll get it on the car.

BTW...the GTE flick fits on under the rear bumper with screws..at least that's how mine is fastened on. There's a flange on the GTE bit, that seats with the lower edge of the bumper, and the screws just join these two surfaces.
