The real absenth is banned in many countries as it is an hallucinogenic. Its the stuff that fecked Vangough so bad he cut his own ear off. The Icelandics love it......which probably makes sense of why they love Bjork so much.


Try Raki , if you get the chance . Its like Pernod , Turkish and drank with water , which is given the name Lions milk. Get hammered on this brew and the next morning if you drink anything before eating , youre back in the state of the night before.....

This ones for all those who have a passion for mince pies - its a tipple called Krupnikintroduced to me by my late father in law Kazic. Its a honey vodka from Poland. Its a seriously nice tipple , is very strong and tastes just like mince pies ! The Poles like to drink it hot - after a couple of shots of this stuff you glow like the readybrek kid .
During a pool match a few years back ( played for the Polish clubs b team ) the visiting pubs land lady had a glass of Krupnik and was so taken by the stuff she brought 4 bottles of it for personal use. She emirgrated to Turkey 3 months later, but still to this day buys a couple of cases of it and ships it to Turkey.
If we were ever losing a match , a round of Krupnik was brought for the visiting team at half time . 9 times out of 10 , we,d win the other halfs matches on account of the competition going to and fro to the bar hammered , for more..........
Indulge you will not regret it.

If you really wanna try this stuff , you may have to find a Polish club....
