what rear seats have you got...

if you got the split 60/40 seats then its easy...
the holes will already be there, for the guides, just press down on the top of the seat, work your way across, you will find the holes..

then just cut some slices in the fabric,

get some rear head rest guides froma belmont, and push them in the holes

then stick your head rests in, simple as

buy astra belmont gromets from a scrappy, poke around in the rear seat, if you feel for four holes, you can do it, poke a screw driver into the seat and push the gromets in!

job done!

Anyone know anywhere else you can get the guides from, im never going to find a Belmont in a scrappy.
