T-40 heater hoses

what hoses do i need from the manifold to the heater? and where from?

transit water hose for the manifold, then one from back of block to heater matrix, t piece that and then one fom other matrix to transit fixing, t piece then link the pieces togather.

Aahh, just been going through my sport info and found that I need one from a mk2 astra and one from a midi van, Think I'll be off to vaux tomorrrow then!
